FAQs

  • We don’t wait for illness to appear before taking action. While traditional care often focuses on treating symptoms, we focus on optimizing your health proactively. Our physician-led model uses advanced diagnostics, personalized assessments, and evidence-based strategies to help you stay strong, energized, and independent as you age.

  • Our programs are ideal for people who want to take an active role in their health—whether you're an athlete optimizing performance, someone navigating midlife changes, or simply looking to stay ahead of age-related decline. If you value proactive, personalized care, you’re in the right place.

  • Yes — many of our members are active individuals looking to optimize performance, longevity, and recovery. Your plan will be designed to complement what you’re already doing, not compete with it.

  • Our programs are designed specifically for adults aged 18 and older. Our focus is on proactive, personalized care for adults looking to optimize strength, metabolic health, and long-term vitality.

  • No—we complement, not replace, your primary care physician. We focus on preventive, lifestyle, and longevity-based care, while your PCP handles routine, population-based screenings, vaccinations, and urgent medical needs. We’re happy to coordinate care and share insights when appropriate.

  • Due to medical licensing regulations, we can only work with clients who live in Pennsylvania. While in-person appointments are necessary for tests and assessments (e.g. VO2 max, RMR, InBody scan), we offer virtual follow-ups and ongoing support for clients outside the Harleysville area. Many members choose a hybrid model that fits their lifestyle.

  • We offer a range of advanced, research-backed assessments, including:

    • VO2 max testing (cardiovascular fitness)

    • Resting metabolic rate (RMR)

    • InBody body composition scans

    • Mobility and grip strength testing

    • Personalized lab work (inflammatory markers, hormones, lipids, and more)

These tools help us understand how your body is functioning now—and how to best support it going forward. Additional imaging (e.g., DEXA scan, CT coronary calcium scan, etc.) may be recommended if applicable.

  • All assessments—including VO2 max, metabolic rate testing, body composition analysis, and lab reviews—are ordered, interpreted, and explained directly by Dr. Watson. There are no handoffs to assistants or generic protocols. Your care is guided by clinical expertise and tailored to your unique physiology.

  • Each membership includes physician-led assessments, personalized health planning, and ongoing support through in-person or virtual follow-ups. You’ll get consistent, expert guidance as your goals and health evolve.

  • Not automatically. Because this is individualized care, we don’t bundle labs into one-size-fits-all panels or order tests too frequently.

Included in your membership plan, your initial biomarker panel is tailored to your age, sex, and goals. From there, we’ll only recommend follow-up testing when a specific marker needs monitoring — not just because a protocol says so.
This keeps your care affordable, relevant, thoughtful, and personalized at every step.

  • Yes — absolutely.
We’ll review any relevant past lab work or biomarker testing as part of your appointment. This helps ensure your plan reflects your full health picture, not just a single snapshot.

  • While we don’t provide formal nutrition coaching or meal plans, your metabolic health and lifestyle are always part of the conversation. We offer insights based on your testing and can point you toward trusted professionals if deeper nutrition support is needed.

  • We use data-driven tools — including follow-up assessments, strength and mobility testing, and relevant biomarker reviews — to track your progress over time. You’ll have ongoing conversations about what’s working and what needs adjusting.

  • The first step is a consultation to learn more about your goals and see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll recommend the best membership path and schedule your initial assessments.

  • We operate outside of the insurance model so we can offer longer visits, deeper evaluations, and truly personalized care—without limitations. This allows us to focus on your long-term goals, not just what's reimbursable. You may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for certain services. We’re happy to provide documentation for reimbursement when applicable.

  • We can make no guarantees, however, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for certain services. We can provide superbills or documentation to support eligible reimbursements — just ask.

  • A deposit is due when you book, and from there you have two options:
You can pay in full and receive a 15% discount on the annual membership (or 10% off a 6-month membership), or you can opt for convenient monthly payments.
We want this to work for your goals and your budget.

  • Memberships are designed to be a commitment to your long-term health, but we understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel, please contact us — we’ll review your situation and discuss options based on how far along you are in your membership. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we aim to be fair and transparent.
